Coach’s Corner

New Members:  On Sunday mornings at 10:00 the BLBC will hold clinics to help new bowlers better understand the game. These clinics will cover the roles in team play, the conventions in competition, and the rules on how to perform the basics in friendly, competitive play. It’s a great way to learn and it will make you good resource for future new members. No need to sign up, just show up on Sundays!

In this space, we’ll try to offer tips to help improve your game. Bowls is quite simple to begin with, as are most games. What separates the beginner from the seasoned veteran is lots of practice and more than a little work. Here’s hoping that every game you play will be fun. Like we say elsewhere, go ahead, go out and PLAY!
